Privacy notice for the early-access list

This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the Praxis Bridge early-access list onapp.praxisbridge.com. It covers the list only. The product will have its own privacy policy before anyone uses it.
Who we are
Praxis Bridge LLC ("we"), registered in the United States, runs Praxis Bridge and decides how this information is used. You can reach us at info@praxisbridge.comabout anything in this notice.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The country or region you told us you sell from.
- When you gave consent, and whether you confirmed your email.
That's all. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. Like any website, our hosting sees your IP address to deliver the page and to block abuse; we don't store it with your sign-up.
Why we use it
To send you a confirmation email, then emails about early access and the launch: your invitation, when the beta opens in your country, and launch pricing. The country you give helps us invite people in the order countries open. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and confirming your email.
We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or use them for anything else.
Who else handles it
Amazon Web Services hosts this site, stores the list and sends our emails, acting on our instructions under its data processing terms. The list is stored in AWS's US East (N. Virginia) region. If you're outside the United States, your details are transferred to the US; AWS's data processing terms include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for that transfer.
How long we keep it
- If you don't confirm your email, your entry is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- If you unsubscribe, your entry is deleted straight away.
- Otherwise we keep it until the early-access programme ends, and delete the list within 90 days after that.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, which deletes your entry. You can also email us to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you're in the UK or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Age
The list is for people aged 18 and over who sell, or plan to sell, second-hand goods.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell people on the list by email.
